Guolin Zhou, who serves as the Deputy Director, obtained a Master of Science degree from Florida International University in the USA in 2015. She is tasked with the comprehensive and rigorous management of scientific research projects at the municipal (Shenzhen), provincial (Guangdong), and national levels. Currently, she is in charge of two projects undertaken by the research institute under the China Brain Project.
