Tingting Huang holds a bachelor's degree in Cultural Industry Management from Beijing Normal University (Zhuhai Campus) and a master's degree in Mental Health Education from Shenzhen University. She currently serves as the associate director of Shenzhen Institute of Neuroscience, in charge of the institute's external liaison work. In particular, she oversees the recruitment and maintenance of participants for Project 21, optimizes existing recruitment channels, establishes and maintains parent communities, collects feedback, sends assessment reports, and is responsible for the administrative and logistical support for the recruitment work.
