Zhining Li is the director of Industrialization Department and manager of the Tendering Center of SION. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics.She has the qualifications of a first-level human resources manager and a registered professional purchasing manager. She is familiar with corporate operations, bidding and compliance of enterprises and institutions.
