常春起,深圳市神经科学研究院研究员,深圳大学特聘教授。1987年就读于中国科学技术大学少年班,分别于1992、1995年获中国科学技术大学电子与信息科学系学士、硕士学位,2001年获香港大学生物医学工程专业博士学位。2002年1月至2012年11月就职于香港大学,先后任电机电子工程系博士后研究员、副研究员、助理教授(研究)、语言学系及脑与认知科学国家重点实验室访问教授。2012年至2015年任职苏州大学电子信息学院。研究领域为信号与信息处理、生物医学工程、计算系统生物学、脑与认知科学等信息科学与生命科学相交叉的跨学科领域,主要研究方向包括统计信号处理、机器学习与模式识别、生物医学信号处理、基因调控网络、神经反馈、脑机接口、脑连接网络、语言认知及禅修的脑机制等,主持搭建香港仅有的一套EEG/fMRI同步采集系统并开拓相关领域的科学研究。主持香港研究资助局GRF项目两项、香港大学校内研究资助项目多项,联合申请香港创新科技署ITF项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部973课题等8项。发表国际期刊及会议论文100余篇,其中SCI收录40余篇。2010年起三次主持脑科学领域国际学术研讨会,为20余家脑科学、信息科学、生物医学工程、生物信息学方面知名国际期刊审稿人,任国际中国语言脑科学学会秘书长、IEEE SMC专业学会香港分会秘书、及中国生物医学工程学会青年委员。
